Claim Limit: $10,000.00, but there’s no limit on eviction cases.
Answer Period: The defendant may file a written answer any time before the hearing.
Attorney Representation: Wisconsin permits attorneys to represent clients in small claims court.
Eviction Cases: Eviction cases can be filed in small claims court.
Jury Trial: Either party may request a jury trial.
